The influent water from the water source comes into filter bank (2) of mechanical treatment of coarsely dispersed impurity. Then water goes through the ozone treatment unit (3) or compressor for the saturation of influent water by ozone-oxygen mixture which results in resistance collapse of impurity contained in the influent water. That enables to promote the process of oxidation (F, Mn, organic compounds) without reagents application. Pretreated water freely streams in the block of influent water units (4) in order to eliminate carbonic acid and residual oxygen.
From the block (4) of influent water units the water by means of the pump (1.2) is fed to the filter-oxidizers unit (5) with catalytic, multi-layer, granular percolation bed inside, where the organic substances oxidation, mechanical dirt(impurities) interception and ferrous hydroxide takes place. Purification efficiency makes up 90-100%. Sorption filters unit (6) with activated carbon (argentums-impregnated and without it) is installed for the pretreated water organoleptic indicators improvement.
In case of after treatment by request of the Customer the filters unit (7) of thorough mechanical treatment (net space size 3-0,5 mkm) is installed.
Then water is disinfected by ultraviolet irradiation at unit (8) and goes to the drinking water storage reservoir (9), from which the drinking water is supplied by the pump (1.3) to consumer.
As soon as limiting value of pressure loss at filter is achieved, it is rinsed by reverse water flow supplied form the rinsing water pumps unit (10). After filter unloading rinsing waters are discharged into sewerage or to the relief after consideration with the state sanitary-epidemiologic inspection centre, because rinsing waters do not contain toxic compounds. Service cycles are 3 months and more.
The disinfection of both water treatment equipment and water-supply system is carried out by regular chlorination by the way of chlorine gas feeding to the main technological pipeline. Chlorine is fed to the water by means of chlorine dosing unit installed at chlorine container (12).
